I have worked with Nancy throughout the years at Xerox and have appreciated her leadership and coaching talents. Specifically, Nancy helped to create and maintain an innovation organization through difficult times of change, including individual coaching, myself included. I appreciated her ability to support me in identification of my skills, my life goals and how to ensure these are best utilized in the organization around me. She helped me build and support the organization, as well as supported me through my decision to leave the organization and identify where and how to move on. Her support for caucus (aka affinity) groups within the company appears to be an extension of her desire to help those around her achieve their personal callings for the better of themselves and the organizations around them. I appreciate her continued advisement as she remains on my personal "board".
